pork tenderloins with bacon & pineapple

2 pork tenderloins (2 ½ - 3 pounds total)
10 slices bacon
5 pineapple slices
mustard
garlic salt

1. Preheat oven to 350ºF.
2. Trim visible fat off tenderloins; lay one on top of the other. Slice crosswise into five pieces.
3. Set each tenderloin onto center of two criss-crossed pieces of bacon.
4. Spread mustard on top of each tenderloin; sprinkle with garlic salt.
5. Fold bacon slices up around tenderloins and secure with toothpicks.
6. Place in 13 x 9-inch baking pan. Cover with foil.
7. Bake covered for one hour; remove foil and bake for another hour.
