quick cheese coffee cake

8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup sugar, plus 1 1/2 teaspoons
1 Tablespoon flour
1 egg, beaten
10 oz. Pillsbury biscuits
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon

1. Heat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Combine cream cheese, (1/2) cup sugar, flour, and egg until smooth.
3. Spray an 8- or 9-inch round pan with cooking spray. Place biscuits over the bottom and up the sides, sealing them together to form a crust.
4. Pour cream cheese mixture over the crust. Combine (1 1/2) teaspoons sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle over the top. Bake at 350 degrees for 24-30 minutes or until the filling is set and the crust is brown.
5. Cool 20 minutes, then serve!
