barbequed brisket

Ingredients
4 to 5 pound beef brisket
¾ bottle (us about 3 oz.) Liquid Smoke
1 onion, sliced
½ teaspoon celery salt
½ teaspoon garlic salt
½ teaspoon onion salt
1 teaspoon pepper
4 Tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
6 ounces BBQ sauce
1 package of sourdough rolls

1. Place brisket in slow cooker.
2. Add all other remaining ingredients EXCEPT BBQ SAUCE to the brisket. Do not add BBQ sauce until the last hour. Cover and cook on low, set timer for 7 hours.
3. When timer goes off, add BBQ sauce, put cover back on and cook for 1 more hour. (Total time in crock pot, 8 hours)
4. Spoon generously onto buns. ENJOY!

Haven’t ever frozen this one; usually make it for football gatherings etc.
