Ingredients
¼ cup soy sauce
3 Tablespoons honey
2 Tablespoons vinegar
1 ½ teaspoons garlic powder
1 ½ teaspoons ground ginger
¾ cup salad oil
1 green onion - chopped
1 ½ pounds flank steak
1. Mix soy sauce, honey and vinegar. Add garlic powder and ginger. Add oil and onion.
2. Pour over meat and marinate at least 4 hours (or seal in a ziploc bag).
3. Grill approximately 5 minutes on each side. Slice meat on the diagonal and enjoy!
