al's delicioso sammich

served by Al at the summer 2011 DDD reunion, this sandwich was the perfect way to cap off (way too many uncorked wine bottles the next mid-morning. perfect served with some pesto pasta and preferably something non-alcoholic.

1 loaf cibatta bread, sliced lengthwise
Turkey slices
White cheddar slices
Arugula
Lingonberries
Mayo

Assemble all ingredients on the bread, then slice 2-inch sections for serving.
