wild rice turkey salad


1 cup cooked wild rice
3 cups cooked turkey, cubed
1 cup chopped celery
1 cup green or red grapes, halved
1 cup cashews

dressing:
2/3 cup mayo
2 Tbsp lemon juice
¼ tsp tarragon, dried
½ cup milk

1. Mix rice, turkey, green onions. Refrigerate overnight.
2. Mix mayo, juice and tarragon. Let stand a bit. Stir in milk.
3. Combine rice mixture and milk mixture, and add grapes and cashews just before serving.
